输注洗涤红细胞在临床治疗中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨输注洗涤红细胞在临床治疗中的价值。方法:收治已输注洗涤红细胞的患者81例为观察组,收治同种疾病输全血的患者79例为对照组,比较输血后的红细胞数、血红蛋白及输血不良反应。结果:输注洗涤红细胞的疗效与输注全血疗效相近(P>0.05),但输血不良反应明显减低(P<0.05)。结论:输注洗涤红细胞临床价值良好,能够减少输血不良反应。Objective:To explore the value of washed red blood cells in clinical treatment.Methods:81 patients treated withwashed red blood cells were selected as the observation group.79 patients with the same disease treated with whole blood wereselected as control group.We compared the red blood cell count,hemoglobin and blood transfusion adverse reaction.Results:Thetherapeutic effect of washed red blood cells and whole blood was similar(P>0.05),but the adverse reactions were significantlylower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of transfusion of washed red blood cells was good,and it can reduce the adversereactions of transfusion.
