摘　　要：目的:探讨内固定治疗肩胛骨骨折的临床效果。方法:收治肩胛骨骨折患者30例,对不同类型的肩胛骨骨折采用拉力螺钉或重建钢板等固定。结果:优26例,良2例,可2例,优良率94.4%。结论:内固定治疗肩胛骨骨折的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the curative effect of internal fixation for the scapular fractures.Methods:30 patients withscapular fractures were selected,and different types of scapular fractures were treated with lag screws or reconstruction platefixation.Results:26 cases were excellent;2 cases were good;2 cases were acceptable;the excellent and good rate was 94.4% .Conclusion:The curative effect of internal fixation for the scapular fractures was significant.
