品管圈活动对眼科感染防控影响探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在眼科感染防控中的应用价值。方法:2014年本院眼科开始实施品管圈活动,合理设定岗位职责,开好圈会,并制定Clean圈制度,分析预防眼科感染的效果。结果:实施品管圈管理活动后,患者的眼科感染率明显低于活动实施前;科室人员的个人能力、团队精神、质量意识、管控意识等均明显改善,与活动前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动应用于眼科的作用明显,可降低眼科感染发生率,改善科室人员的个人能力、质量意识、团队精神以及管控意识等。Objective:To discuss the application value of quality control circle activity in the prevention and control of infection indepartment of ophthalmology.Methods:The quality control circle was started to be implementation in the department ofophthalmology of our hospital since 2014,reasonable setting job responsibilities,making a good circle meeting and establish aclean circle system,and we analyzed the effect of preventing infection in department of ophthalmology.Results:After theimplementation of the management of quality control circle activities,the patient's infection rate in the department ofophthalmology was significantly lower than before the implementation of the activities.Personal ability,team spirit,qualityawareness,management and control consciousness and so on were significantly improved.Compared with the previous activities,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of quality control circle activity in thedepartment of ophthalmology is obvious,which can reduce the incidence of infection in the department of ophthalmology,improvethe personal ability of the department staff,the quality awareness,team spirit and management and control awareness,and so on.
