摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉输液过程中的护理缺陷原因及对策。方法:收治静脉输液患者2 560例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:护理缺陷发生20例,发生率0.78%。发生输液护理缺陷的护理人员19人次。结论:完善制度,加强医疗纠纷防范学习,提高护理人员的防范意识,加强院感控制管理,加强与患者之间的沟通是预防静脉输液过程中护理缺陷的重要措施。Objective:To explore the causes and countermeasures of nursing defects in the course of intravenous infusion.Methods:2 560 patients with intravenous infusion were selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Nursing defectsoccurred in 20 cases,and the incidence rate was 0.78% .19 nurses had nursing defects in the course of intravenous infusion.Conclusion:Improving the system,strengthening the study of prevention of medical disputes,improving the consciousness ofprevention of nursing staff,strengthening the management of hospital infection control and strengthening the communication withpatients were important measures for prevention of nursing defects in the course of intravenous infusion.
