寒热辨治消化性溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:从寒热辨证论治消化性溃疡的疗效观察。方法:将消化性溃疡78例依照寒热分为虚寒型、胃热型、寒热夹杂型,分别给与附子理中汤加减、丹栀逍遥散加减、半夏泻心汤加减治疗。结果:治愈率88.5%,有效率100%。结果:从寒热来辨证论治消化性溃疡,可以迅速缓解症状,修复溃疡面,取得满意疗效。Objective:The effect of treating peptic ulcer were observed from the cold and heat syndrome differentiation.Methods:78 cases of digestive ulcer in accordance with cold and heat were divided into deficiency type,type of stomach,cold and heatmixed type,respectively,to give the Fuzi Lizhong decoction,Danzhi Xiaoyao powder addition and subtraction,BanXia XieXindecoction treatment.Results:The cure rate was 88.5%,efficiency of 100%.Results:From the cold to syndrome differentiation andtreatment of peptic ulcer can quickly relieve symptoms,repair the ulcer surface,with satisfactory effect.
