摘　　要：目的:探讨超声造影在鉴别胆囊胆固醇性息肉病变、良性非胆固醇性息肉病变和恶性非胆固醇性息肉病变中的诊断价值。方法:收治胆囊息肉样病变患者50例,应用超声声学造影进行初步定性诊断,对诊断结果与病理结果进行对比分析。结果:超声造影对病变血流灌注的显示敏感,是鉴别诊断的重要参考。结论:超声造影可以为胆囊息肉样病变的初步定性提供依据,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To study contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in differential gallbladder cholesterol polyps benign lesions,diagnosis of non cholesterol polyp lesions and malignant lesions in non cholesterol polyps.Methods:50 patients with polypoidlesions of gallbladder,application of ultrasound contrast for preliminary diagnosis,the diagnosis results were compared withpathological results.Results:The sensitivity of contrast-enhanced ultrasound to the perfusion of the lesion is an importantreference for differential diagnosis.Conclusion:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can provide preliminary qualitative basis forgallbladder polypoid lesions,with a high clinical value.
