摘  要:通过自主研发平板导热仪对预制混凝土导热系数进行试验研究,验证该仪器在导热系数测量上的实用性与创新性。该仪器的创新点在于采用新型隔热材料三元乙丙,减少被测试体与空气的热传递;对铜-康铜热电偶进行标定,改善了导热系数受热源温度和环境温度影响的缺点;可一次测两块试块,提高了试验效率,避免了传统稳态法周期较长的缺点;铝粉填充试块使得传热更均匀,减小了误差。This paper introduces the research on the steady-state plate method for thermal conductivity measuring and the building ofthe instrument for measuring thermal conductivity of concrete. The innovations of this instrument consist in the use of the new insulationmaterial EPDM to reduce the heat transfer of concrete and air, the standardization of the copper - constantan thermocouple to improve theshortcomings of thermal conductivity influenced by the temperature of heat and environment, the measurement of two concrete blocks at atime to improve efficiency to avoid the disadvantage of long time testing of the traditional steady-state method, and the filling of the concreteblock with aluminum powder to evenly reduce heat transfer errors.
