摘　　要：目的:探讨互动式查对法在儿科门诊输液中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析儿科门诊输液中心2013年发生的76例输液不良事件,2014年1-12月实施互动式查对法,观察其应用效果。结果:防范输液不良事件69例。护理不良事件发生率降低100%。结论:互动式查对法可有效防范儿科门诊输液患儿不良事件的发生。Objective:To explore the application effect of interactive examination in transfusion of pediatric out-patient.Methods:76 cases of adverse events of transfusion in 2013 in transfusion center of pediatric out-patient were analyzed retrospectively.The interactive examination was carried out from January to December in 2014.Results:69 cases of adverse events of transfusion were prevented.The incidence of nursing adverse events was reduced by 100%.Conclusion:Interactive examination could prevent the occurrence of adverse events in transfusion of pediatric out-patient effectively.
