生脉注射液联合左西孟旦治疗急性心肌梗死泵衰竭的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨生脉注射液联合左西孟旦治疗急性心肌梗死泵衰竭效果。方法:收治急性心肌梗死泵衰竭患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用生脉注射液联合左西孟旦治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组左室舒张末内径、左室短轴缩短率、左室射血分数水平、BNP改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生脉注射液联合左西孟旦能够缓解急性心肌梗死泵衰竭患者的症状,疗效较好。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of shengmai injection combined with levosimendan in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction associated with pump failure.Methods:80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction associated with pump failure were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and the observation group was treated with shengmai injection combined with levosimendan,the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular shortening fraction,left ventricular ejection fraction and BNP improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai injection combined with levosimendan could relieve the symptoms of patients with acute myocardial infarction associated with pump failure and the curative effect was better.
