双导管碎石系统微创经皮肾镜治疗泌尿系结石200例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创经皮肾镜下双导管碎石系统治疗泌尿系结石的效果。方法:回顾性分析200例接受微创经皮肾镜下进行双导管碎石系统治疗泌尿系统结石患者的临床资料。结果:平均手术时间(70±13)min,平均结石清理时间(35±8)min,无严重并发症,结石清除率高达90%。结论:双导管碎石系统在手术中的输血量较小,成为更值得被推广的安全碎石方式。Objective:To investigate the effect of Minimally invasive percutaneous renal mirror with double cathetersystem treated on patients with urinary calculi.Methods:The clinical data of 200 patients with urinary calculi treated withminimally invasive percutaneous renal endoscopic lithotripsy were retrospective analyzed.Results:The average operation timewas(70±13)min;the average stone clearance time was(35±8)min;without serious complications,the stone clearance rate was90%.Conclusion:The blood transfusion in the operation of double pipe system is small,and it is more worthy to be popularized.
