疥疮306例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨疥疮的发病情况、临床特点及治疗经验。方法：回顾性分析306例疥疮患者的临床资料及治疗经过。结果：农民、打工者、差旅人员、住校学生患者共263例(85.9%)，20～29岁的青壮年192例(62.7%)。皮损表现为红斑、丘疹、丘疱疹、隧道、抓痕、结节及溃疡等多种形态，主要分布于中下腹部、股内侧(82.4%)和手指缝、手腕屈侧(74.5%)。所有患者经综合正规治疗(外用及内服药)后全部痊愈。结论：疥疮的临床表现复杂多样，临床医师应掌握其临床特点，综合正规治疗方式效果好。Objective:To investigate the incidence,clinical characteristics and treatment of scabies.Methods:The clinical dataof treatments of 306 cases with scabies were analyzed.Results:Farmers,migrant workers,staff travel,boarding students werewith a total of 263 cases(85.9%).192 cases(62.7%) were in 20 to 29 year-old.Lesions manifested as erythema,papules,herpes,tunnel,scratches,nodules and ulceration forms,mainly distributed in the lower abdomen,the vastus medialis(82.4%)and fingerjoints,wrist flexor side (74.5%).All patients were cured by combined treatment (external and internal).Conclusion:The clinicalmanifestations of scabies is complex.Clinicians should grasp the clinical features.Comprehensive and regular treat should begiven to patients.
