摘　　要：介绍张志发教授应用对药紫草和蝉蜕治疗紫癜性肾炎的经验。张教授在治疗紫癜性肾炎的长期临床实践中,指出瘀是过敏性紫癜性肾炎发生的病机关键。在临床处方用药中,强调辨证与辨病相结合,尤其重视药味的精准、精炼,精于配伍,擅长使用对药。In this article, experience of professor Zhang Zhifa of application of shikonin and cicada in treating purpuranephritis was introduced.In the long-term clinical practice of the treatment of purpura nephritis,it is pointed that silt is the keyto the pathogenesis of allergic purpura nephritis.In the clinical prescription,the combination of dialectical and differentiation isemphasized.We shoule pay particular attention to the precise,refined,good compatibility,good use of drugs.
