摘　　要：目的:探讨、分析应用顺铂结合紫杉醇治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床护理方法以及临床效果。方法:收治晚期卵巢癌患者106例,选择顺铂结合紫杉醇方法实施治疗,且有针对性地为患者提供相应的护理,对全部患者的临床护理效果进行总结、记录。结果:全部的晚期卵巢癌患者经过临床治疗与护理后的总有效率92.5%。结论:及时采取有效措施对晚期卵巢癌患者进行护理,则可以有效提高临床疗效,降低发生并发症的概率,从而使患者的生活质量得到提升。Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing method and clinical effect of cisplatin combined with paclitaxel inthe treatment of patients with advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:106 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were selected.All patients were treated with cisplatin combined with paclitaxel,and targeted to provide the appropriate care for patients.Wesummarized the clinical nursing effect of all patients.Results:After clinical treatment and nursing,the total effective rate ofall the advanced ovarian cancer patients was 92.5%.Conclusion:Taking effective measures to patients with advanced ovariancancer care in time can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications,so as to effectivelyimprove the quality of life of patients.
