摘　　要：目的:探讨二甲双胍相关性糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:收治二甲双胍相关性糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒患者20例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:抢救成功15例(75.00%),死亡5例(25.00%)。结论:二甲双胍相关性糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒是一种罕见的并发症,早期无特异性临床表现,死亡率较高,及时诊治和治疗,有利于纠正酸中毒,严重者尽早接受连续性血液净化,避免并发多器官功能损害,降低死亡风险。Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of metformin association diabetes lactic acidosis.Methods:20 patients with metformin association diabetes lactic acidosis were selected,and we analyzed the clinical data of themretrospectively.Results:Rescue success in 15 cases (75%),5 cases(25%) of death.Conclusion:Metformin association diabetes lacticacidosis is a rare complication of lactic acidosis.There are no specific clinical manifestations in early.It has high mortality rate.Ifwe did the diagnosis and treatment timely,it is conducive to correct acidosis.The serious patients should as soon as possiblereceive continuous blood purification,which can avoid complicated with multiple organ dysfunction and reduce the risk of death.
