双手诊脉技术结合气功理论对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎活动度的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨双手诊脉技术结合气功理论对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎活动度的影响。方法:收治神经根型颈椎病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规针灸手法,观察组在常规针灸的基础上给予双手诊脉技术结合气功理论,治疗2周后评价两组患者的颈椎活动度。结果:治疗2周后对两组患者的颈椎活动度进行观察与评定,观察组颈椎活动度评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过双手诊脉技术结合气功理论能够有效提高治疗效果,减轻疼痛,双手诊脉技术结合气功理论治疗神经根型颈椎病是有效的。Objective:To explore the effect of hands pulse technology combined with Qigong theory on the cervical vertebraactivity of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:100 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis wereselected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventionalacupuncture manipulation method.The observation group was given hands pulse technology combined with Qigong theory on thebasis of routine acupuncture.The cervical vertebra activities of two groups were evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:After2 weeks of treatment,the cervical vertebra activities of two groups were observed and evaluated,and the cervical vertebra activityevaluation of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through hands pulse technologycombined with Qigong theory can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce pain.The hands pulse technology combined withQigong theory in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis is effective.
