摘　　要：目的:探讨原合配穴法结合康复训练改善中风后手功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:收治脑卒中且一侧肢体偏瘫患者80例,平分为两组,对照组采用常规康复治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用针刺治疗、原合配穴法治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后,两组SIAS评分、FM评分、Barther评分、Lindmark上肢功能评分、偏瘫手功能疗效均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:原合配穴法结合康复训练治疗中风后手功能障碍疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Yuan-Source points combination combined with rehabilitationtraining to improve hand dysfunction after stroke.Methods:80 patients with stroke and one side limb hemiplegia were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy,while thetreatment group was treated with acupuncture and Yuan-Source points combination on the basis of the control group.Wecompared the curative effect.Results:After treatment,the SIAS score,FM score,Barther score,Lindmark upper limb function score,hemiplegia hand function of the two groups were better than before the treatment,and the treatment group was better than thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Yuan-Source points combination combined with rehabilitationtraining to improve hand dysfunction after stroke is significant.
