摘　　要：目的：探讨心理干预联合背景音乐在体检中心抽血室中的应用效果。方法：将抽血化验的520例体检者进行分组，第1天采血者为对照组242例，按护理常规抽血操作。次日采血者为观察组278例，在背景音乐下，抽血前3～5min对患者进行心理干预。比较穿刺疼痛程度、一次穿刺成功率、患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组穿刺疼痛程度显著低于对照组，观察组一次穿刺成功率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：播放背景音乐联合心理干预可提高穿刺成功率，减轻患者疼痛，提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with background music in the blood sampleroom of medical examination center.Methods:520 cases of physical examination were divided into two groups.242 cases in the firstdays were as the control group,according to the nursing routine blood operation. 278 cases in the next day were as the observationgroup,in the background music,blood before 3 to 5 min for patients with psychological intervention.The degree of pain,the successrate of puncture, and the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing were compared.Results:The pain degree of the observationgroup was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the success rate of the observation group was significantly higherthan that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Playing background music combined with psychological intervention canimprove the success rate of puncture,reduce the pain of patients and improve the patient's satisfaction.
