社区健康中心性病综合防治效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区健康中心开展社区性病综合防治的干预效果及与业务绩效的关系。方法:社区健康中心开展性病综合防治服务,分析干预效果及绩效水平改变情况。结果:社区健康中心落实性病预防干预,安全套领用数量明显提高。社区性病筛查的数量及阳性数、性病诊治例数及疗效明显高于干预前(P<0.05),发现梅毒阳性者高于区内VCT门诊。性病诊治门诊占比明显增长,人均绩效高于干预前。结论:社区健康中心性病防治效果显著,同时还取得更高的人均绩效。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive prevention and treatment of sexually transmitteddiseases in community health center and the relationship between business performance.Methods:Community health center carryout comprehensive prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases,and we analyzed the effect of intervention and thechange of business performance.Results:Community health center carry out the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases,thereceive quantity of condom was significantly improved.Number of STD screening in community and positive number,number ofsexually transmitted diseases with treatment and curative effect were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Thenumber of positive syphilis was higher than the VCT clinic.The proportion of venereal disease clinic was obviously increased,theper capita performance was higher than before intervention.Conclusion:The prevention and treatment effect of sexually transmitteddiseases in community health center was remarkable,at the same time,it also achieved a higher per capita performance.
