沂南地区2666例孕前优生健康检查全程监护妊娠结局分析

摘　　要：目的:分析沂南地区参加免费孕前优生健康检查全程监护妊娠结局的情况。探讨免费孕前优生健康检查的重要性和必要性。方法:调查分析参加免费孕前优生健康检查并获得妊娠结局的2 666例的家庭档案。结果:正常活产2 443例(91.64%),不良妊娠结局223例(8.36%)。结论:孕前优生健康检查是减少不良妊娠结局、降低出生缺陷的重要措施之一。Objective:To analyze the free pre-pregnancy health check and monitoring the outcome of pregnancy in Yinan area,to discuss the importance and necessity of free pre-pregnancy health check.Methods: The free pre-pregnancy health check and pregnancy outcome of 2 666 family archives were investigated and analyzed.Results:2 443 cases(91.64% ) got normal live,223 (8.36%)cases got adverse pregnancy outcome.Conclusion:Pre-pregnancy health check is one of the important measures to reduce adverse pregnancy outcome and reduce birth defects.
