外痔切剥辅助痔上黏膜环切术对环状混合痔的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨外痔切剥辅助痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗环状混合痔的效果。方法:收治环状混合痔患者110例,随机分为对照组54例和观察组56例,对照组采用外痔切剥术治疗,观察组在此基础上联合PPH治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率和复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外痔切剥辅助PPH治疗环状混合痔患者,能够提高治疗效果,而且术后并发症和复发率低。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping assisted produce of prolapseand hemorrhiods (PPH) in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:110 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoidswere selected.They were randomly divided into the control group with 54 cases and the observation group with 56 cases.Thecontrol group was treated with external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping surgery,while the observation group was treated withPPH operation on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observationgroup,the effective rate was significantly higher than the control group;the incidence of complications and recurrence rate weresignificantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External hemorrhoids peeling assisted PPH surgery in thetreatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids can improve the treatment effect,and postoperative complications and recurrence ratewere low.
