摘　　要：目的:探讨不同麻醉方法在剖宫产手术中的应用疗效。方法:收治剖宫产产妇124例,随机分为观察组与对照组各62例,对照组行单次硬膜外麻醉,观察组行腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉,比较效果。结果:在观察组,诱导时间及起效时间明显优于对照组,麻醉满意度98.7%,明显高于对照组的84.5%(P<0.05)。结论:在剖宫产手术中,采用腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉方法,对产妇呼吸循环影响较小,镇痛完全,提升母婴安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of different anesthesia methods in cesarean section.Methods:124 cases of puerperawith cesarean section were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 62 cases ineach,the control group was given single epidural anesthesia,the observation group was given the combined spinal epiduralanesthesia,we compared the effect.Results:In the observation group,the induction time and the onset time were significantly betterthan the control group,the satisfaction of anesthesia of 98.7% was significantly higher than 84.5% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In cesarean section,the influence of application of combined spinal epidural anesthesia for respiration and circulationof puerpera was small,analgesia was complete,it can enhance the safety of mother and child.
