摘 要:目的:研究儿童1型糖尿病外周血炎性细胞因子功能的变化。方法:收治1型糖尿病患儿35例为T1DM组,健康儿童30例作为对照组,检测两组IL-1α、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12、TNF-α的含量及PBMCs在PHA作用下分泌IL-1α、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12、TNF-α的能力。结果:T1DM组IL-1α、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。T1DM组PBMCs在PHA作用下分泌的IL-1α、TNF-α含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。T1DM组PBMCs在PHA作用下分泌的IL-10含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童1型糖尿病免疫调节功能紊乱,上调外周血炎性因子含量和下调抗炎因子分泌能力。Objective:To study the function changes of peripheral inflammatory cytokine in children with type 1 diabetes.Methods:35 cases of children with type 1 diabetes were as the T1DM group.30 cases of healthy children were as the control group.Thecontents of IL-1 α,IL-6,IL-10,IL-12,TNF-α of two groups were detected and the ability of PBMCs secreting IL-1 α,IL-6,IL-10,IL-12,TNF-α by PHA were detected.Results:The contents of IL-1,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αin T1DM group were significantlyhigher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ability of PBMCs secreting IL-1 α,TNF-α by PHA in T1DM group weresignificantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The ability of PBMCs secreting IL-10 by PHA in T1DM group weresignificantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The immunoregulatory function of children with type 1 diabeteshad disorder,the content of peripheral inflammatory factors were up-regulated and the anti-inflammatory cytokine secretion weredown-regulated.
