摘　　要：目的:分析B超与X线影像诊断肾积水的临床结果。方法:80例肾积水患者分别行B超、X线影像诊断,对比其临床诊断结果。结果:B超影像诊断准确率明显高于X线(P<0.05)。结论:临床影像诊断过程中,B超表现相对较好,可作为肾积水疾病诊断的首选手段。Objective:To analyze the clinical results of B ultrasonic and X-ray imaging in the diagnosis of hydronephrosis.Methods:80 patients with hydronephrosis were respectively given B ultrasonic and X-ray imaging diagnosis.The clinical diagnosisresults were compared.Results:The diagnosis accuracy of B ultrasonic imaging was significantly higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical imaging diagnosis,B ultrasonic is relatively good,and it can be used as the first choicefor the diagnosis of hydronephrosis diseases.
