基层医院对女性膀胱颈硬化症的超声诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声在基层医院对女性膀胱颈硬化症的诊断价值。方法:收治尿频、排尿困难、夜尿增多的老年女性患者42例,行彩超检查,观察结果。结果:42例患者的膀胱颈均有不同程度的增生、肥厚,其中10例前后径超过20 mm,并伴发膀胱憩室,手术治疗痊愈。其余均经保守治疗好转。结论:彩超对女性膀胱颈硬化症有较高的诊断价值,具有操作简单、无创伤等优点。Objective:To explore the value of ultrasound diagnosis of female bladder neck sclerosis in primary hospital.Methods:42 elderly female patients with frequent micturition,dysuria,nocturia were selected.They were given color doppler ultrasoundexamination.We observed the results.Results:Bladder neck of 42 cases had different degrees of hyperplasia and hypertrophy.Among them,front and rear diameter of 10 cases was more than 20 mm,with bladder diverticulum.After surgical treatment,theywere cured.The remaining patients were improved after conservative treatment.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound had a highdiagnostic value for female bladder neck sclerosis.It had the advantages of simple operation,no trauma and so on.
