摘　　要：抗凝治疗是治疗肺血栓栓塞症的基本方法。本文从抗凝治疗的适应证及禁忌证、抗凝治疗的主要药物及药物的使用方法、药物的不良反应及药物过量的处理措施、抗凝治疗的疗程四个方面阐述肺血栓栓塞症的抗凝治疗。Anticoagulant therapy was the basic method to treat pulmonary thromboembolism.In this paper,the author describedthe anticoagulant therapy for pulmonary thromboembolism from four aspects,including the indication and contraindication ofanticoagulant therapy,the main drugs and the use of drugs of anticoagulant therapy,the disposal measures for the adverse reactionsand overdose of drugs,the treatment course of anticoagulant therapy.
