针刺治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨巡经刺血配合局部围针治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床效果。方法:收治头面部带状疱疹神经痛患者94例,随机分为两组。对照组给予单纯局部围针治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予巡经刺血治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果:观察组疼痛症状改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:巡经刺血配合局部围针治疗带状疱疹神经痛能够最大程度抑制患者疼痛。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pricking blood along the meridian combined with local surroundneedling in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods:94 cases of patients with herpes zoster neuralgia in the head and facewere divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with local surround needling.The treatment group wastreated with pricking blood along the meridian on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The improvement of pain symptom in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pricking blood along the meridian combined with local surround needling in thetreatment of herpes zoster neuralgia could inhibite the pain of patients at the extreme.
