摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的手术护理配合,提高手术患者的安全性,减少手术并发症。方法:对38例经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者进行手术护理配合。结果:38例患者均顺利完成手术,无一例因手术中的配合及护理不当而出现意外。结论:术前充分的准备和术中默契的护理配合,既缩短了手术时间,又提高了手术成功率,可保证患者的生命安全。Objective:To investigate the nursing cooperation of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate,to improve thesafety of patients and reduce the complications.Methods:Operative nursing cooperation was applied in 38 patients withtransurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate.Results:38 cases were successfully completed the operation,and no accidentsoccurred in 1 case with the problems of the operation and nursing care.Conclusion:The full preoperative preparation andintraoperative tacit cooperation can shorten the operation time,improve the success rate of operation,and ensure the safety of thepatient's life.
