摘　　要：目的:探讨中药牛蒡子治疗缺血性卒中的临床疗效。方法:收治缺血性卒中患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加中药牛蒡子颗粒,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率93.02%,明显高于对照组的69.77%(P<0.05)。结论:中药牛蒡子治疗缺血性卒中的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fructus arctii in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:86 patients with ischemic stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The observation group added fructus arctii granula on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of 93.02% was significantly higher than 69.77% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of fructus arctii in the treatment of ischemic stroke was significant.
