摘　　要：小儿Meckel's憩室并发肠套叠及穿孔是儿科急腹症之一,一经确诊应及早外科手术。本文介绍小儿Meckel's憩室内翻套入回肠并发肠套叠及穿孔1例。Pediatric Meckel 's diverticulum complicated with intussusception and perforation is one of the pediatric acute abdominal pain.Once diagnosed,early surgery should be taken.In this paper,1 case of Meckel 's diverticulum turned into the ileum complicated with intussusception and perforation was introduced.
