摘　　要：目的:分析肺结核流行病调查在血清锌水平中表现出来的临床意义。方法:收治肺结核患者50例作为研究组,选择同时期进行健康体检的正常人员50例,作为对照组,对两组进行肺结核流行病调查,分析两组人员血清锌水平变化。结果:研究组血清锌水平明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床肺结核流行病调查中,可以将血清锌含量作为评估肺结核病情发展的重要指标,发挥积极意义。Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of pulmonary tuberculosis epidemiological survey in the presentation of serum zinc level.Methods:50 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the research group,while 50 normal cases at the same time who was carried out health examination were selected as the control group.We conducted a survey of tuberculosis epidemic of the two groups and analyzed the zinc level changes of serum of the two groups.Results:The study group was confirmed by epidemiological survey of tuberculosis;the level of serum zinc in patients with tuberculosis was significantly lower than that of the control group;there was statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the epidemiological investigation of tuberculosis,the serum zinc level can be used as an important indicator to assess the development of pulmonary tuberculosis.
