冠状位CT对副鼻窦炎诊断及临床手术的指导意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠状位CT对副鼻窦炎诊断及临床手术的指导意义。方法:收治副鼻窦炎患者85例,应用螺旋CT进行冠状位检测。结果:炎症位于双侧全副鼻窦37例,单侧全副鼻窦炎19例,上额窦炎22例。患者CT表现为黏膜无规则非均匀性增厚,窦腔中出现积液,骨密度增高,筛房数量减少。结论:临床对于副鼻窦炎患者采用冠状位CT扫查检测技术,可以准确定位炎症位置,对于后期临床患者手术治疗及预后评估提供帮助。Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of coronal CT in diagnosis and clinical operation of accessory sinusitis.Methods:85 patients with sinusitis were selected.We used the spiral CT to detect on coronal position.Results:Bilateral pansinusectomy inflammation in 37 cases,19 cases were unilateral sinusitis,frontal sinusitis on 22 cases.Patients with CT showed no regular thickening of the mucosa,sinus cavity in the emergence of fluid,bone density increased,the number of screening room to reduce.Conclusion:Clinical treatment of sinusitis patients with coronary CT scan detection technology can accurately locate the location of inflammation,for the late clinical treatment and prognosis of patients with surgery to provide help.
