摘　　要：目的:研究记忆康复训练对老年痴呆患者认知功能恢复的影响。方法:收治老年痴呆患者140例,随机均分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予记忆康复训练,分别于治疗前与治疗后6个月采用MMSE调查患者的认知功能。结果:治疗后,观察组的评分明显升高(P<0.05),且远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:记忆康复训练对老年痴呆患者可以改善其认知功能缺损,恢复其定向力、语言能力等,提高记忆能力与生活质量。Objective:To study the effect of memory rehabilitation training on the cognitive function recovery of patients with senile dementia.Methods:140 patients with senile dementia were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group was given memory rehabilitation training on the basis.Before treatment and 6 months after treatment,the cognitive functions of patients were respectively investigated by using MMSE.Results:After treatment,the score of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),and it was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Memory rehabilitation training can improve the cognitive deficits of patients with senile dementia,restore their orientation,language competence and so on,improve the memory ability and life quality.
