摘　　要：目的:了解2015年驻京某部队干部糖尿病患病情况及相关知识行为对糖尿病患病率的影响。方法:采集283例干部的临床数据,进行分析。结果:与非糖尿病组相比,糖尿病组超重或肥胖、吸烟、饮酒比例及高血压患病率升高(P<0.05)。结论:了解部队干部糖尿病患病特点,加强疾病的长期规范化管理,有利于降低部队干部糖尿病患病率,提高治疗率及控制率。Objective:To know in 2015 the prevalence of diabetes in Beijing Army cadres,and the influence of related knowledge and behavior on the prevalence of diabetes mellitus.Methods:The clinical data of 283 cases of cadres were collected and analyzed.Results:Compared with non diabetic group,the prevalence of overweight or obesity,smoking,alcohol consumption and hypertension in the diabetic group were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Understanding the characteristics of diabetes mellitus in military cadres is beneficial to reduce the prevalence rate of diabetes and improve the treatment rate and the control rate of the disease by strengthening the standardized management of the disease.
