经鼻内镜下高频电凝治疗难治性鼻出血30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析并研究经鼻内镜下高频电凝对难治性鼻出血患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:收治难治性鼻出血患者63例,随机为观察组30例和对照组33例,对照组采用常规的治疗方法进行治疗,观察组采用内镜下高频电凝进行治疗,比例两组的疗效。结果:观察组的治疗有效率、满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上对于难治性鼻出血患者的治疗,采用经皮内镜下高频电凝疗法进行治疗,能够取得较好的治疗效果,可以提高对患者的治疗有效率,促进患者的预后和恢复,提升患者的满意度。Objective:To analye and study the clinical effect of high frequency electric coagulation under nasal endoscope in thetreatment of refractory nasal bleeding.Methods:63 patients with refractory nasal bleeding were selected.They were randomly intothe observation group with 30 cases and the control group with 33 cases.The control group was given conventional treatmentmethods for treatment.The observation group was given high frequency electric coagulation under nasal endoscope for treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effective rate and satisfaction of the observation groupwere significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of patients with refractory nasalbleeding in clinic,high frequency electric coagulation under nasal endoscope treatment can achieve better treatment effect canimprove the treatment effective rate of patients,promote the prognosis and recovery of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients.
