细节护理在门诊老年静脉输液患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨细节护理在门诊老年静脉输液患者中的应用效果。方法:收治门诊老年静脉输液患者640例,分为两组。对照组给予传统护理,观察组给予细节护理,比较两组护理后风险事件发生情况、疼痛和焦虑评分以及满意度。结果:观察组风险事件发生率及疼痛和焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理应用于门诊老年静脉输液患者可降低风险事件发生率,提高患者的满意度。Objective:To investigate the application effect of detail nursing in elderly outpatients with intravenous infusion.Methods:640 cases of elderly outpatients with intravenous infusion were divided into two groups.The control group was giventraditional nursing,and the observation group was given detail nursing.The nursing risk events,pain scores,anxiety scores andsatisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of risk events,pain scores and anxiety scores in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The totalsatisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of detail nursing in elderly outpatients with intravenous infusion could reduce theincidence of risk events and improve the satisfaction of patients.
