摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对维持性长期血液透析患者的效果。方法:收治维持性长期血液透析患者28例,采用心理护理,观察护理效果。结果:护理后,患者的焦虑和抑郁心理得到改善。结论:心理护理可以有效地减少焦虑和抑郁的发生,改善患者心理状态,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing care on patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:28 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected.They were given psychological care,we observed the nursing effect.Results:After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the patients were significantly decreased.Conclusion:Psychologicalnursing can effectively reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression,improve the psychological state of patients and improve thequality of life of patients.
