摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动对提高全膝关节置换术患者术后功能锻炼依从性的作用。方法:通过品管圈活动小组,收集全膝关节置换术患者不能按计划进行功能锻炼的原因,制定相应的对策,观察实施效果。结果:观察组术后功能锻炼依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动能提高全膝关节置换术患者术后功能锻炼的依从性,改善生活质量,缩短住院日,提高满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle on improving compliance of postoperative functional exercisein patients with total knee replacement.Methods:Through the quality control circle activity group,we collected the reasons ofpatients with total knee replacement without compliance for postoperative functional exercise and formulated the correspondingcountermeasure,and we observed the implementation effect.Results:In the observation group,the compliance of postoperativefunctional exercise was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control circle activity canimprove the compliance of postoperative functional exercise in patients with total knee replacement,improve the quality of life,shorten the length of stay and improve the degree of satisfaction.
