摘　　要：通过社区健康教育,糖尿病患者及家属都能积极参与社区的健康教育活动,提高了糖尿病患者的遵医行为,有效提高了糖尿病患者的血糖达标率,降低了患者的并发症发生率和再住院率。Through the community health education,the diabetes patients and their families can actively participate incommunity health education activities that can improve the compliance behavior of patients with diabetes,and effectively improvethe blood sugar compliance rate of patients with diabetes,reduce the complication rate and hospitalization rate of patients.
