摘　　要：目的:分析一二八团肺结核控制效果。方法:采用现代结核病控制策略发现和治疗一二八团结核病。结果:2006年患者治愈率91.67%,2013年患者治愈率100%。各类涂阳患者治愈率随项目的全面实施不断提高,8年间新发现涂阳患者治愈率91.9%。结论:现代结核病控制策略可确保肺结核患者的规范治疗效果,初治患者治愈率逐步上升。Objective:To analyze the control effect of tuberculosis in 128 corps.Methods: Modern tuberculosis control strategy wasused to find and treat tuberculosis in 128 corps.Results:The cure rate of patients in 2006 was 91.67%,and the cure rate of patientsin 2013 was 100% .The cure rate of all kinds of patients with smear positive was improved continually as the overallimplementation of the project,and the cure rate of patients with new smear positive in eight years was 91.9%.Conclusion:Moderntuberculosis control strategy could ensure the standard treatment effect of patients with tuberculosis.The cure rate of patients withinitial treatment was increased gradually.
