摘　　要：目的:探讨华法林联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤合并脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:收治阵发性房颤合并急性脑梗死患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片联合胺碘酮治疗,观察组给予华法林联合胺碘酮治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:两组治疗后心率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:华法林联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤合并脑梗死疗效显著,安全性高,复发率低。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of warfarin combined with amiodarone in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation combined with cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation combined with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given aspirin enteric coated tablets combined with amiodarone treatment.The observation group was given warfarin combined with amiodarone treatment.The curative effects were compared between groups.Results:After treatment,the heart rates of two groups were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warfarin combined with amiodarone in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation combined with cerebral infarction have a significantly curative effect,high safety,low recurrence rate.
