坎地沙坦联合胺碘酮对老年高血压合并持续性房颤的治疗价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析坎地沙坦联合胺碘酮对老年高血压合并持续性房颤的治疗价值。方法:收治高血压合并持续性房颤的患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组予以胺碘酮治疗,观察组予以胺碘酮联合坎地沙坦治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的转复时间、转复率均优于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗后两组的血压变化均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:坎地沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗老年高血压合并持续性房颤降压效果好,可缩短患者的转复时间、提高转复率,疗效显著。Objective:To analyze the value of candesartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.Methods:80 elderly hypertensive patients with persistent atrial fibrillation were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with amiodarone,while the observation group received amiodarone combined with candesartan treatment.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the reversal time and the diversion rate were better than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were significant,with statistical significance,P<0.05.The blood pressure changes in the two groups after treatment were better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The antihypertensive effect of candesartan combined with amiodarone therapy in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with persistent atrial fibrillation is good,which can shorten the reversal time,improve diversion rate,and the curative effect is remarkable.
