摘　　要：目的:探讨中度支气管肺发育不良早产儿治疗前后潮气呼吸肺功能各项指标的变化。方法:收治中度支气管肺发育不良早产儿29例,采用潮气呼吸法测定小剂量地塞米松治疗前后潮气呼吸肺功能的各项指标。结果:治疗前,TI/TE,TPEF/TE,VPEF/VE较低,VT/kg较小,RR增快,MV低,治疗后,TI/TE,TPEF/TE,VPEF/VE增高,VT/kg升高,RR减慢,MV升高。结论:中度支气管肺发育不良早产儿地塞米松治疗后小气道阻塞减轻,肺顺应性改善,疗效确切。Objective:To explore the changes of tidal breathing lung function in moderate bronchopulmonary dysplasia premature infant before and after treatment.Methods:29 cases of premature infants with moderate bronchopulmonary dysplasia were selected.All indexes of tidal breathing lung function before and after low dose-dexamethasone treatment were detected by tidal breathing method.Results:Before treatment,TI/TE,TPEF/TE and VPEF/VE were lower;VT/kg was smaller;RR was increased,and MV was low.After treatment,TI/TE,TPEF/TE,VPEF/VE were increased;VT/kg was elevated;RR was slow;MV was elevated.Conclusion:For premature infants with moderate bronchopulmonary dysplasia,after dexamethasone treatment,small airway obstruction was mitigated,and lung compliance was improved.The effect was exact.
