64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像受心率影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像心率(HR)变化对于图像质量的影响。方法：收治冠心病(CHB)患者110例，均行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像，根据患者的HR变化进行分组，A组HR变化0～3次/min，B组HR变化4～8次/min，C组HR变化9～20次/min，D组HR变化＞20次/min，对比4组患者的CT影像质量。结果：D组的影像质量显著低于其他3组(P＜0.05)。结论：针对冠心病患者，若心率改变＞20次/min，其CT影像质量显著下降，同时RCA2段影像质量受心率变化影响较大。Objective:To explore the effect of heart rate(HR) change on the image quality in 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging.Methods:110 patients with coronary heart disease(CHB) were selected.They were given 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging.They were divided into groups according to the HR changes of patients.The HR change of A group was 0 to 3 times one minute;the HR change of B group was 4 to 8 times one minute;the HR change of C group was 9 to 20 times one minute;the HR change of D group was more than 20 times one minute.The CT image qualities of 4 groups were compared.Results:The image quality of D group was significantly lower than that of the other 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with coronary heart disease,if the heart rate change is more than 20 times one minute,the CT image quality is significantly decreased,and the RCA2 segment image quality is affected by heart rate change greatly.
