摘 要:目的:通过调查先煎后下中药饮片的使用现状,发现问题,提出改进意见。方法:选择先煎后下中药饮片处方2 000张,对照药典,将所调查的饮片逐个逐项登记,汇总成表,进行统计。结果:先煎中药饮片的规范标注率最高的是鳖甲(74.85%),最低的是石膏(33.94%);后下中药饮片规范标注率最高的是砂仁(78.29%),最低的是豆蔻(41.46%)。结论:被调查饮片全部未按药典规定规范标注用法,规范标注率最高不到80%,由此会导致饮片实际药效的降低,毒性饮片甚至会引起不同程度的不良反应,需引起中医药人员的共同重视,应该规范使用先煎后下中药饮片,以提高药效。Objective:By investigating the use status of Chinese herbal pieces by Xian Jian or Hou Xia,to find the problem,and toput forward suggestions for improvement.Methods:2 000 prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces by Xian Jian or Hou Xia wereselected.According to the pharmacopoeia,we registered the investigated pieces,and then drawn the tables,and carried outstatistical analysis.Results:The highest standardized labeling rate of Chinese herbal pieces by Xian Jian was turtle shell(74.85%),and the lowest was gypsum(33.94% ).The highest standardized labeling rate of Chinese herbal pieces by Hou Xia was fructusamomi(78.29%),and the lowest was round cardamom(41.46%).Conclusion:All of the Chinese herbal pieces were not in accordancewith the requirements of the pharmacopoeia,and the highest standardized labeling rate was less than 80%,which can lead to thedecrease of the actual effect of the decoction pieces.Toxic pieces may even cause varying degrees adverse reactions,and Chinesemedicine personnel need to attach great importance to these issues.We should regulate the use of Chinese herbal pieces by XianJian or Hou Xia,in order to improve the effectiveness.
