摘　　要：目的:探讨复方磷酸可待因溶液治疗急性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:收治急性咳嗽患者150例,按就诊顺序均分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予复方磷酸可待因溶液治疗,对照组给予美敏伪麻溶液治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组显效率、有效率及总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方磷酸可待因溶液治疗急性咳嗽疗效显著。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound codeine phosphate solution in the treatment of acute cough.Methods:150 patients with acute cough were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the controlgroup.Patients in the observation group were given compound codeine phosphate solution treatment,while in the control groupwere given robitussin,then we compared therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results:The significant efficiency and totaleffective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compoundcodeine phosphate solution in the treatment of acute cough has obviously treatment effect.
