摘　　要：目的:验证肌氨肽苷治疗尿毒症性脑病的效果。方法:收治尿毒症性脑病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规的强化透析治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用肌氨肽苷治疗,观察两组14 d后临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率92.68%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)情况均较治疗前好转(P<0.05)。结论:肌氨肽苷对尿毒症性脑病治疗效果确切,能够减轻症状。Objective:To verify the effect of uremic encephalopathy treatment of muscular.Methods:80 patients with uremicencephalopathy were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,each of 40 cases.The control group used to strengthenregular dialysis treatment,while the treatment group based on the control group use of muscular therapy.The clinical efficacy oftwo groups of 14 d after treatment was observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.68% ,which wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)were improved aftertreatment in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Muscular amino acids and nucleosides for the treatment of uremicencephalopathy exact effect can alleviate the symptoms.
