摘　　要：目的:探讨MRI在盆腔炎性包块与肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:收治盆腔炎性包块患者56例,采用MRI进一步确诊。结果:56例患者中,诊断良性包块45例,正确诊断43例,正确率95.56%;诊断恶性包块11例,正确诊断9例,准确率81.8%。结论:MRI在盆腔炎性包块与肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值显著。Objective:To explore the value of MRI in the differential diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory mass and tumor.Methods:56patients with pelvic inflammatory mass were selected.They were further confirmed by MRI.Results:Among 56 cases,45 cases werediagnosed with benign mass;43 cases were diagnosed correctly;the correct rate was 95.56% .11 cases were diagnosed withmalignant mass;9 cases were diagnosed correctly;the correct rate was 81.8% .Conclusion:The value of MRI in the differentialdiagnosis of pelvic inflammatory mass and tumor was significant.
