摘　　要：本文总结了近5年来15例吉兰-巴雷综合征患者的治疗与护理。治疗包括激素治疗、大剂量丙球治疗。护理要点包括重视人文关怀、心理护理,正确保持呼吸道通畅,机械辅助通气的护理,早期功能锻炼及饮食指导,通过临床多学科联合治疗和护理,患者逐步康复。The treatment and nursing of 15 patients with guillain barre syndrome are summarized in recent 5 years.The treatmentincludes hormone treatment and high dose r-globulin treatment.The nursing points includes the importance of humanistic care,psychological nursing,correctly maintaining airway patency,mechanical assisted ventilation nursing,early functional exercise anddiet guidance.Through clinical multidisciplinary treatment and nursing, patients gradually recovered
