摘　　要：医院档案管理中存在很多问题和不足,如医院管理重业务技术发展,轻档案管理;档案管理制度不完善,技术手段落后,信息化程度低等。实现档案管理工作标准化、信息化是现在档案管理工作的重点。只有创建档案管理的信息自动化体系,才能更好地做档案管理工作,适应新时期医院发展的需要。There were some problems and present situation of archives management in hospital,for example,people paidattention to the development of business technology,and neglected the file management;file management system was not perfect;technical means were backward;the degree of information was low.To realize the standardization and informationization ofarchives management work was the focus in now file management.Only by creating the information automation system of archivesmanagement,can we do the work of archives management better and meet the needs of hospital development in the new period.
