瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蚓激酶胶囊治疗颈动脉斑块的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蚓激酶胶囊治疗颈动脉斑块的疗效。方法:收治颈动脉粥样斑块患者124例,给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蚓激酶胶囊治疗,比较治疗前后粥样斑块的厚度及血脂水平。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后颈动脉粥样硬化斑块明显减少或消失,TG、TC、LDL及Hs CRP显著下降,HDL显著上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合蚓激酶胶囊可降低血脂,减少颈动脉斑块。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with lumbrokinase in thetreatment of carotid plaque.Methods:124 cases of patients with carotid plaques were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tabletscombined with lumbrokinase capsule.The thickness of plaque and blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,the carotid atherosclerosis plaque after treatment decreased or disappeared.The TG,TC,LDL and HsCRP decreased significantly,the HDL was increased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with lumbrokinase capsule could reduce the blood lipid levels andreduce the carotid plaque.
